What kinds of blankets, probes, and hoses are compatible with each kind of unit?
The manufacturer of the probe or blanket will also be able to supply the proper connecting hose or cable regardless of whose Hyper-Hypothermia equipment you are using. CSZ also provides blankets with proper connections for all manufacturers' models.

What should be used to clean our equipment?
AirKem 33.

Do you have a minimum order?
Yes. Fifteen dollars for accessories only (blankets and probes). There is not a minimum order for parts.

What is the cut off time for express orders?
Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM EST for next business day and second day service.

Will you drop ship our order to another location?
Yes.
