Steri-Probe® - Temperature Probes Single Patient Use

Steri-Probe® sterile temperature probes offer accuracy and convenience. The esophageal/rectal probes are designed for both adults and children in surgery/critical care units, and long term temperature applications on medical-surgical floors. The skin surface probes attach easily to the skin with an adhesive-backed foam pad for use in a wide range of medical and surgical applications.

Accuracy and Dependability

Steri-Probe® disposable probes provide an accuracy to within +/- 0.2°C (.36°F) in the range 34°C (93.2°F) to 41°C (105.8°F) and within +/-0.5°C (.9°F) outside this range. Quality workmanship and materials assure dependability from a few hours to several days.

Cost Effective and Convenient

Because they're designed for single-patient use, Steri-Probe® temperature probes save time and expense of cleaning, handling and reprocessing. And they are a readily identifiable patient charge item. Probes are packaged in sterile, sealed pouches and are ready to use. After use, simply disconnect and throw away. Disposability means no chance of cross-contamination.
