Air Warming Agreement with Novation, LLC. The agreement
is in effect from January 1, 2007 through December 31st of
2009 under contract number MS60233. The contract is part of
the Anesthesiology Standardization Program and all purchases
will go towards the Novation Supplier Diversity Program.
